Isbjorn, the Chalet's Friendly Livestock Guardian Dog

When you arrive at the Chalet, the friendly bark from Isbjorn in the sheep pasture announces your arrival.

A typical first reaction is "Wow! He is huge!", followed by "What kind of dog is he?"

Isbjorn is a livestock guardian dog. His mother is purebreed Maremma and his father is Anatolian Shepherd and Great Pyrenees.

All three breeds are mountain dogs, so Isbjorn has huge hind feet with double dew claws. He is the caretaker and protector of the sheep and the rescue cats that live on the farm.

Roselli's axes are reliable, strong, have an extreme sharpness and can easily be used for cutting down and twig trees. The wide axe blade makes the axe an outstanding tool for wood splitting. Every axe Roselli makes should last a lifetime, and hopefully be the only axe you will ever need to own. You may chose a birch or Red Elm handle.

The only ones who are more demanding and picky than hunters and fishermen are possibly chefs. Roselli's legendary steel qualities are perfect for chopping, cutting, slicing, fileting and more. Roselli's chef's knives and kitchen knives are extremely suitable for both amateur chefs and kitchen professionals. Every knife Roselli makes should last a lifetime, and hopefully be the only knife you will ever need to own
